A team of medical scientists from Brisbane, Australia found a cancer-fighting berry that is projected to completely redefine the pharmaceutical industry with its healing properties. 
This berry was found in the northern part of Queensland in Brisbane and was studied for 8 years.
The 8–year–long study was led by Dr. Glen Boyle from the QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute in Brisbane. 
He confirmed that a berry that comes from the blush wood tree (scientific name Hylandia dockrillii), has fast-acting medicinal properties. Now, a drug has been manufactured using a compound found in the berry.

According to a report made by ABC News, 75{88c35fc59d12a25b71e6504d7161f08c0e07bfe41b19c35c5bedd5b69128fb63} of the 300 animal subjects they that had cancer cells were treated and became cancer-free after the tests. This new drug, EBC-46, is also astounding in the sense that it had no side effects. 
The journal article released by Dr. Boyle states that the tumors were not completely gone; however, they significantly shrank by a large amount.  
This wonder-berry happens to grow on a shrub that’s only found in one small part of the world – the Atherton Tablelands in Australia’s Far North Queensland region.
Boyle said that attempts to grow this tree have proven difficult, but clarified that they have made enough of the drug to begin human trials.
