2. Cucumber
Cucumbers are not only for the eyes. It can also be used to lighten dark areas on your skin. For a more effective solution, mix cucumber juice with a bit of lemon juice. You could also mix in a bit of turmeric and apply it on your skin, particularly on dark spots.
3. Lemon
Because of its acidic nature, lemon is often used to whiten dark spots. All you have to do is rub it on the affected area for at least 20 minutes then wipe or rinse it off.
4. Aloe vera
Aloe Vera is rich in various substances which makes it highly effective in repairing and regenerating skin cells. You just have to rub the aloe vera gel on your skin, leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse it off. It is best to do this daily for the best results.
